This year training has been a trying season. They positively do not like our valley heat. Every time we tossed the birds it seemed like 40 were missing from the AGN and 20 from the Showcase. They usually found their way back in a day or two. As time progressed the numbers have held steady at 400+ for the AGN and 100+ for the AS. The numbers change every time we do an inventory. Birds are coming home every day as most of you see the stray list on the website. We pride ourselves in the training of your pigeons as we want everyone to have an equal shot at the greatest race in the state.
